Once you create an account and verify your email, you can login and verify your age.

Be sure to have a government issued photo ID available.

You will not be able to build your profile until your identity has been verified.

To begin, log into your account and then click VERIFY NOW.

Read about our third party verification process and click START AGE VERIFICATION.

Age verification MUST BE COMPLETED ON A MOBILE DEVICE.

If you initiate the process from a computer, you will be prompted to scan a QR code with your mobile device or provide a phone number that will send you a sign-up link.

Safari should be used for iOS, and Chrome should be used for Android.

You will be taken to a URL domain ending with incodesmile.com.

Once inside the third party site, acknowledge and approve the disclosures regarding privacy and consent.

Next select which document you are using. An example using Driver License is shown below.

You will be prompted to allow access to your camera. Access to your camera is required. *required*

First take a photo of the front of your ID, and then the back.

It may take up to a minute to validate your images, after which it will populate your information from the photos.
Click CONTINUE.

Next take a selfie, which will be used to compare your face to the photo on your ID.

Once the process is completed, we typically receive notification from our third-party provider within a few minutes. If you are still unable to build/edit your profile after 24 hours, please reach out to support@spankchain.com, and we will help you troubleshoot the issue.

Upon successful verification your browser will redirect back to SpankMatch. Be aware this process can take up to two minutes.

You will also receive an email from us letting you know your identity has been successfully verified.
