ID verifications can fail for the following reasons:

1) Name and/or birthdate doesn't match what was entered in the form

2) Photos are too blurry for the name and/or birthdate to be read clearly

3) Photos are too large (max size 500kb)

4) Too much white space - if your ID has been scanned, be sure to crop the photo to remove the white space around your ID

What do I do if I receive a failure notice?

Email our support staff at support@spankchain.com and we can reset your ID verification so you can try again. If the problem persists, please go ahead and send us the photos you're trying to upload.  We should be able to determine the issue and help you fix them.
