There will always be fees in order to transfer your funds over a blockchain network.  A minimum amount is required in order to cover the cost of these fees.  If the amount you're trying to transfer is less than what the minimum fees allow, the transaction will fail due to not having enough funds to pay the fees.  You can keep tabs on the current fees which are available below:

Our withdrawal fees are set by our crypto-custody banking partner, CoinPayments.  Due to the rapid fluctuations in crypto network conditions, CoinPayments updates their fees schedule and withdrawal minimums every day.

The full fee schedule from CoinPayments can be seen here, and the withdrawal minimum is set to 2x the fees.

For example, at the time of this publication, the fee to withdraw Ethereum is 0.004 (~$10).  Therefore, the minimum amount to withdrawal is 0.008 ETH (~$20).
